Join healthcare volunteer leaders from across the state and surrounding areas for a day of networking, idea-sharing, and growth.
Sessions will include Culture & Belonging, structuring a High School Volunteer Program for maximum growth and sustainability, and administering an effective Emergency Department volunteer opportunity.

Jake Campbell, MBA, MEd, SHRM-CP, CPTD
Program Manager, Culture & Belonging,
St. Elizabeth Healthcare
Jake Campbell currently leads Culture and Belonging within the St. Elizabeth system and, in 2025, received the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Cincinnati Lifts Inclusion and Minority Business Outstanding Company Voice Award. He holds an MBA and a Master’s in Education and is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, focusing on the impact of intersecting identities and profiling for high-ability learners. Originally from Sydney, Australia, by way of Tallahassee and Baltimore, Jake now lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Morgan, whom he married in March 2025.

Sara Camic, MA, CDVS
Volunteer Services Manager - University of Kentucky Healthcare
Sara Camic, MA, CDVS, has a background in hospitals and nonprofit organizations. She has worked in Volunteer Services at UK Healthcare over 12 years, for 7 years as Coordinator before transitioning into the role of Manager. She has held a variety of leadership roles in KSDVS, and currently serves as the By-Laws Chair. Sara has also served on the Society for Healthcare Volunteer Leaders Board for 8 years. She enjoys traveling with her family in her spare time
Ginny Coleman, MBA, MM, CDVS
Director of Volunteer Services, St. Elizabeth Healthcare
Ginny Coleman, MBA, MM, CDVS, joined St. Elizabeth Healthcare in 2020 with a background in non-profit administration, development, and guest relations. As Director, Ginny oversees volunteer and service internship opportunities for more than 1,200+ individuals annually across the system. Outside of St. Elizabeth, she is an active member of Cincinnati’s artistic community and performs with multiple regional ensembles as both a clarinetist and soprano vocalist.
